Collaborating with the Lucas Lagoons designer to ensure client goals are met, material selections for the client and design alignment, preparing and managing contract paperwork, supporting in consistent client follow-up and communication throughout the construction contract process.

Our Designer Series pools average $450,000 per contract, which means that even a single project can cover your annual fee—and then some. Most Authorized Contractors see a return on their investment within the first few months.
