As a small business we try to ship orders out within 2-3 days of the date of your order, Monday through Friday.
All USA packages are shipped with the United States Postal Service, Priority Flat rate. Please use an address where you can receive USPS mail and packages.
Priority USPS packages should arrive within 2-3 days after we ship them but this timeframe is NOT guaranteed.
Please note that the 2-3 day shipping time DOES NOT include the 2-3 days for us to pack and ship so please plan accordingly and leave extra time for delivery.
International orders and shipping
We are currently setup to ship to the USA and Canada, but we have international rates available. Note that shipping may be quite expensive and while we will do our best to get the item to you, we cannot be responsible for items held in customs or any import duties or fees added to the cost of shipping internationally.
Refunds, exchanges and returns
We offer refunds and exchanges on returned products for 30 days after the date of your purchase. Once 30 days have passed since the date of your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item (in a different size etc.), please email us firstname.lastname@example.org. For all other return questions and concerns, please email us.
To return your product, place a note inside the package specifying whether you are requesting a refund or exchange. Mail the package with the note to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
The original cost of shipping your order is non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it will take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
